The Valley Park Foster Closet began over 7 years ago in a garage with a simple idea of providing children in foster care with basic needs.
In 2024, we served 445 children with clothing, shoes, socks & underwear, diapers & wipes, personal hygiene products, car seats and other baby equipment, Halloween costumes, winter gear, care bags and so much more due to the generosity of many, many generous donors!
The closet is staffed entirely by volunteers who help to equip families with needed items. All items are donated or purchased through fundraising.
We serve all children affected by foster care as well as children at risk of entering foster care.
